Résidence Sainte-Anne

For our mother's 91st birthday, we had a family lunch at Ste Anne. The welcome, the quality of the meal, and the comfort of the family room are always excellent. We are particularly satisfied with the qualities of this retirement home: care, general comfort, human relations, and we had the opportunity to inform the staff during a progress report on our mother's accommodation. My father has been in this facility for a year, and the teams take excellent care of him. Although his condition has greatly deteriorated, they adapt and find the best solutions to improve his comfort. I am not on site, and I am regularly updated on his condition. Everything is done to make things easier for me as well. The staff is attentive, the premises are clean, and there are many activities. It is a very good establishment.

I do not recommend this residence to families, do not be fooled by appearances. Very poor care for the residents. There were already problems before, but the new management is catastrophic. No interest in others, contempt, no consideration for residents and staff. I overheard an exchange where comments were truly inappropriate towards a female staff member. When a situation is raised, no answer is given or proposed, only "Yes, I heard you and I will find a solution," with no follow-up. This is the first time I have encountered this type of operation and such contempt for the person.

My mother has been living in this establishment, Ste Anne d'Autun, for 6 months. We are completely satisfied. The professionals are attentive and communicative, both the management and the nursing team and other people serving the residents. The proposed activities correspond to my mother's needs. She has a large room that we furnished as we wished. The setting is very pleasant and the meals are varied. I recommend this establishment.
