Each time I visit, a staff member spontaneously gives me an update. My aunt is never alone in her corner. Always a smile, a look to see if everything is alright. Varied activities adapted to everyone's needs. Welcoming home thanks to its cleanliness and seasonal decorations. The nursing staff handles the slightest health problem, contacting the doctor and giving each resident the attention they need: mobility, personal hygiene, thoughtfulness.

My mother has been a resident at Maison de famille de Bourgogne for 18 years. Her health has naturally deteriorated. The medical team has adapted to this evolution. And I have met attentive and respectful teams concerned about her well-being.

Our mother was severely mistreated there (hospitalization 10 days after her admission for undernourishment and dehydration, bedsores) despite the staff being very kind. Medically, the staff is not trained in caring for dependent elderly people. Medical treatments are heavy and unsuitable. For those who are no longer lucid, meals are very insufficient. They won't be able to complain, and they take advantage of it.

My mother entered this nursing home in June 2021. We had met the head of the establishment to inform her of our mother's difficulties staying alone and her need for benevolence, listening, and nighttime surveillance. A month later, my mother was found on the floor one morning with a fractured femoral neck. After surgery, back to the nursing home with powerful pain relief for 1 month... my mother was no longer the person we knew. August: new fall, without informing us, I discover it during my visit. September: last fall, October 15th: she passed away... Part of the staff, however, is exemplary. What happens at night!!! Do not trust the reviews from Pauline Boissier and Marion Daumas; they are employees of this establishment. Residents remain alone in their rooms, without a telephone nearby. Each time I arrived, it was far from the bed, she couldn't reach us...
