One might think "our dear elders will be well cared for, it's a private nursing home...with a minimum budget of 3200 euros...." well, think again! Even today, in the Alzheimer's unit, where our dear, vulnerable elderly residents need more attention than others, there's only one caregiver, poor thing, for 13 patients... so they'll say, "it's exceptional"... perhaps it happens from time to time... but in any case, two caregivers for that many people is very, very insufficient... no added value compared to a public nursing home with a budget that's 1,000 euros smaller... Following up on your response to the review I posted... you stated, and I quote: "The organization of work and the allocation of staff are defined according to the number of residents and their level of dependency, in accordance with regulations and the recommendations of the health authorities."... does this mean that "the health authority recommends having only one caregiver for 13 patients with Alzheimer's disease? I have my doubts..."

Why don't we see bathrooms adapted for elderly people, regardless of their disability?

I regularly visit the Résidence Les Myosotis and am impressed by the quality of this establishment. The dedication to the well-being of the residents is evident on every visit. The activities are varied, and the staff is friendly and attentive to the elderly. Congratulations to the Director and staff of the Residence for their professionalism and empathy!

A superb establishment where life is good. The entire staff takes great care of the residents. A big thank you to everyone for their support of my mother. I recommend it 100%!

Not a single fresh product, fruit, or vegetable. Repetitive and unappealing food. Our grandmother lost 8 kg in 2 months. She went to the toilet and wasn't wearing a diaper before going in, but the staff asked her to "do her diaper." We had to intervene to get them to take her to the toilet. Understaffed and those we met were unfriendly. I understand you have a difficult job, but sometimes the dignity of the elderly is the only thing they have left. Our grandmother died there after 2 months, choking on food. I don't have a point of comparison so I don't know if all the homes are similar, but it's definitely a place you don't want to have someone you love. I wonder if some of the reviews are those of the employees!
