Putting my father in a retirement home wasn't an easy decision, as he could no longer live alone at home. This step was emotionally difficult for our family. However, from the moment he arrived, he was welcomed with great kindness and respect, which immediately reassured us. The management was very present, attentive, and supported us with professionalism and compassion throughout this transition. The staff is always pleasant, caring, and truly looks after my father every day. You can feel their genuine commitment and kindness in their work. After each visit, I leave feeling at peace, even though I live far from Chaumont, with absolutely no complaints. The facility is well-organized, and the atmosphere is reassuring. I also appreciate being able to share meals there: everything is very well organized, and the quality of the food is truly excellent. The dining room is separate and well-appointed. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their dedication and kindness. It is a place where residents are respected and cared for with dignity, and where families can have complete confidence. Nursing home only for people who are well. My dear mother was placed there at the end of October. We realized that our dear mother was being neglected. She could no longer walk and was in her wheelchair as soon as she woke up. We would sometimes arrive around 11 a.m. and find her lying there in her wheelchair, unwashed and undressed. Truly shameful. Paying so much to see that 😡 It's already difficult enough to watch your dear mother decline. 😢 Our dear mother passed away a little over two weeks after her admission. We had decided to place her elsewhere. Naturally, I do not recommend this nursing home unless you are in good health and have the means.

The facility may seem welcoming at first glance, but it's ultimately a disaster. It's probably fine for residents who are still independent, but completely unsuitable for those requiring more care and supervision. My grandmother was admitted at the end of October 2025. During our family visits, we would find her abandoned in her wheelchair, legs dangling, head tilted back, without any assistance, despite our repeated requests. She died less than three weeks after her arrival, and we didn't have time to move her to another facility so she could spend her final days in peace and dignity. In short: Simply appalling for such a high monthly fee! Simply avoid it... Aline DEROUSSEN

A well-maintained and welcoming facility, with pleasant, attentive, and caring staff who listen to both residents and their families. The director is kind and does everything possible to make this a pleasant place for both residents and their families. There are varied and regular activities, excellent meals, and a medical team that manages everything professionally. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

My grandmother was placed in care at the end of October and died a few days later... There was no caregiver to look after her, no care whatsoever... Whether it was help with bathing, meals, etc... This facility should be avoided at all costs.
