EHPAD Saint-Thomas de Villeneuve

Our mother spent the last 18 months of her life in a warm and caring environment. The staff, particularly attentive, supported her while respecting her own decisions as well as those of her doctor and her children. Spiritual support is present without being intrusive. For the family, the welcome is easy and attentive. The quality/price ratio is very competitive in Rennes. Thank you and congratulations to this wonderful care facility.

The several years our mother, who suffered from Alzheimer's, spent in this facility marked the end of her life. The doctors chose to "drug" her with tranquilizers that were a little too effective... The staff, although insufficient in number, was friendly, overworked, and did their utmost to change residents on time. Thank you to all the staff and especially "GOOD LUCK" This overall good experience goes directly to the dedicated staff

Very attentive team, lots of humanity and kindness, very good medical follow-up, in a well-maintained and pleasant setting with a wooded and flowery park. Excellent establishment.

Hello, This establishment is absolutely to be avoided. There is absolutely no humanity here. The head nurse is never present (which is probably for the best, as they are incompetent). The staff changes regularly and spends their time taking breaks instead of caring for the residents. The activities are very bland. The residents are left to their own devices. Since meals are no longer prepared on-site, they are disgusting; not even a small aperitif is served on Sundays! Residents receive no assistance with eating, and they are not groomed, or only very briefly… they are left to fend for themselves. However, they certainly take care of the price. After numerous complaints to the director, he retorted that if we are not happy, we can take our parents elsewhere…🙈 Please, if you love your loved ones, flee this establishment, which is completely mismanaged. It's up to you... PS: Thanks to Erwan (nurse), the only professional at this facility.

I would like to highlight the kindness and humanism that permeate this beautiful home. Bravo to the teams for the care and attention given to our parents ❤️ You do exceptional work, thank you from the bottom of my heart
