Apart from a few kind people, I was very disappointed with this establishment. My Parents passed away there. I'll never get over it. The seriousness of my mother's health, especially, was underestimated. I strongly advise against this Ehpad.

It's the most expensive Ehpad in Rennes. Despite this, the exteriors and parking lots are not maintained and are difficult for families to access. We've seen no improvements since 2017... We've stopped believing their promises. Our father has been there for 8 years, which shows that the teams are up to par.

My grandmother spent a few months at Les Roseraies. She was lucky enough to be cared for by kind and welcoming teams. Warm premises. The entertainment is a real plus, and she was able to take full advantage of the intergenerational project with the children from the crèche within the establishment! We recommend this facility.

My father stayed in this facility for ten days in August 2021, while waiting for his new apartment to be ready. He was very well cared for and found all the staff very attentive. For our part, we appreciated the availability of the reception, the management, and the nursing team. The catering service is very good. I recommend this establishment, which met our expectations and took very good care of our father after his hospital discharge.

Mom lived 18 months at Les Roseraies, a beautiful, well-maintained establishment whose warm welcome from the management had reassured us. She just passed away at the end of December. Despite a severe disability, she was "happy" there thanks to the competence, professionalism and great kindness of all the staff. We say bravo to all and thank you!
