At the Résidence des Moulins, our seniors benefit from the professional kindness of a wonderful team: daily activities and monthly group outings for those who can/want, 5 balanced homemade meals per day made with as many local and seasonal products as possible, served on the terrace when possible! Background music to soothe crises from time to time: well thought out! A small in-house newspaper regularly testifies to the sincere human investment provided. All health professionals in the village work tirelessly alongside the caregivers and nursing assistants to best serve the residents. Management is public and investments are continuous. Payment is made to the public treasury, which is reassuring. To all the inveterate complainers here, keep your bile to yourselves: our seniors would certainly not be better treated at your place!

My mother is well cared for overall, the assistant director is very humane. Many nursing assistants are wonderfully kind! Sometimes there is a lack of communication during team changes regarding notified care and food not tolerated by the resident that should not be given (e.g., orange juice and coffee with milk). Continue to respect them and help them maintain their dignity as you do. And. Reduce their suffering!!! Thank you. Mary

Hello to all the staff and all the grandmas and grandpas. For those of you who have questions about the retirement home in Puylaurens, don't worry. Very dedicated people despite the difficulty of their work. Criticizing staff management would be a lack of gratitude. Go see for yourselves, stay a while and observe everything that is done. Then ask yourselves if you would be capable of doing as much. Big hugs to all of you who take care of our loved ones. THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK.

What to say, it's an establishment, it's a place where residents are not respected, where 'humanity' is unknown. The organization is non-existent, nursing staff are absent all the time (it's service agents who replace them on the spot and try to provide care even though they know nothing). Room maintenance is non-existent, dust everywhere, bed rails are never cleaned, bathrooms with dirty showers. Staff do not answer calls from people in their rooms. Meal times are rushed, residents don't have time to finish their meals. Activities are reserved for independent residents, other residents have no activities. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST this shameful place because the person will be unhappy.

In this EHPAD, I was shocked to see such a terrible atmosphere among caregivers and ASH staff, no respect between them, they constantly criticize each other, for some, the less they do the better. Hypocrisy is the key word in this EHPAD. Repeated absences of caregivers and especially not replaced, which affects the care given to the elderly. The director and IDEC are totally non-existent. Your nerves will be severely tested, EHPAD to avoid.
