Aside from the lovely lady who sings for the elderly and 2 very kind nurses, the welcome is deplorable. An arrogant and extremely unpleasant attitude. I was only a visitor, yet I sincerely hope that this is not how the patients there are treated. In any case, I do not recommend it at all.

I find it unacceptable not to be able to visit an elderly person who asks for you, and to be told that you need to make an appointment a week in advance. In a period of health crisis and at a time when we talk about treating the elderly well, such rigidity is scandalous.

Phone reception 0. I called for information and the lady clearly told me to do my own research. You can already tell in her voice that she has no desire to work. I would have given 0 stars instead.
