Ideal for sick people who look after themselves and are independent but it makes renting the room expensive. No follow-up if we are not behind you we tell you something and then it's more like that😡 they pass the buck: it's at the infirmary no it's at reception no it's the person who isn't there today! In short it's no one 😭 I picked up my mother without seeing anyone for 5 days and the staff don't worry about whether she is with me if she has her medication etc... I put 1 star because I have no choice but it doesn't deserve any. People are not cattle or numbers there is a minimum of respect and good manners

COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT! I strongly advise against it! When we first arrived, everything seemed perfect. A new establishment, perfectly equipped, and the staff were lovely and professional, "OUR PRESENCE." When my grandmother left, the professionalism disappeared. A prescription was "forgotten," even though my mother had clearly specified it a week before departure. When she picked it up, she hadn't eaten or taken her medication. Fortunately, she is physically independent and dressed herself. It's unrealistic to find just one employee at this establishment to correct all these errors! And now, my sister has just picked up the prescription, and it's not even refillable as requested, and on top of forgetting the cream, it's not even the right medication! No, but seriously, this establishment costs an arm and a leg, why? For the room? Where's the support in all this? Paid for a room that costs almost three times the minimum wage to get the same support as if she were living alone in an apartment. A danger! If it were possible, I would have given no stars; unfortunately, the lowest is 1.
