EHPAD - Résidence Gaston Houssier

Our father joined the facility four months ago, and my sister and I are very happy with our choice. The environment he lives in, his room, and the common areas are new, clean, and bright on sunny days. The care he receives, both from the support staff and the medical team, demonstrates a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and compassion. Thank you for the warm welcome and for communicating with families. We are also reassured to know that Dad is safe and secure here. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

Beautiful nursing home but only on display, institutional abuse and more, recurring lack of staff so the residents pay the price, care that is botched or not done, a group of staff, hypocritical management and manages a lot of things internally while if the families knew a quarter of what is going on there it would be a revolt... Run away, I would never put a single one of my relatives in this structure. Don't trust appearances, clothes don't make the man...

Our mother returned to this facility some time ago. She had remained at home, independent, until the dawn of her 94th birthday. Our mother therefore only stayed at the nursing home for a short time before passing away. Nevertheless, we were able to appreciate the quality of the welcome, both for her and for the family. The entire staff was very understanding, attentive, and provided her with perfectly tailored care, all in a warm and caring atmosphere. We can only appreciate this concern and respect for the patient, as it was for our mother. We will keep for these last moments a beautiful image of this support, which was for us, a comfort and a precious help in this painful ordeal we had to face. A clean and new setting, staff and director attentive to the residents. My sister is very happy there and I am happy about it. She is well supervised, does activities, and celebrates holidays and birthdays. We feel good there...

Very decent establishment with fairly young, attentive and dedicated staff. My father was very old and lived in a quiet room. Even during the Covid periods (and despite the rather rigid protocols), I was able to visit him regularly, always finding a solution with the nurses and caregivers.
