An excellent establishment, very focused on the well-being of residents, on compassion, respect, and attentive listening. They make choices that are not always accepted by some families (residents are supervised but not confined during the day). However, within our family and knowing our mother's deepest wishes, we all opted for this freedom offered. We are all delighted that our mother ended her life in this establishment. Le Noctambule is an extraordinary exception, and the Director is a person of great human quality.

Good quality establishment, thanks mainly to its staff. Remarkable and professional caregivers. Full of kindness. Especially the night team.

No consideration from the management even though the establishment acknowledged but downplayed its share of responsibility in the events that hastened my grandmother's death.
