Where to begin? The first meeting, during which I asked if we could go out with my uncle… They said yes… We boarded… a few minutes later, a threatening phone call about sending the police… I was supposed to understand that it was meant ironically, the person was joking… Except that for a laugh, we go to a show, not a retirement home. It really wasn't funny, but apparently this institution enjoys a bit of repetitive humor. A few months later, after repeatedly requesting, well in advance, to book a stay for Christmas, we ended up with half the tickets, and staff who called us liars because they couldn't understand that we couldn't come by car this time. I've read very good reviews, so it's difficult to lump everyone together; this review concerns the Lilas Amandiers service.

My family and I pay tribute and thank the staff of the retirement home. A team with exceptional values ​​in both professional and human relations. Indeed, my father, who passed away in November 2022, stayed for more than ten years in this place, which had become his second family!!! Once again, our sincere thanks!!!! A magical place today!!!

My mother has been there for a year. She loves it. We love it. All the staff, including the administrative staff, are dedicated, attentive, kind, and professional. Cleanliness is impeccable, everywhere. This nursing home, and many others of course, refutes the smear campaigns we've heard in recent years. It was the nursing home and Alzheimer's facility our mother needed. Thank you to them.

My father was a resident for four years at the departmental retirement home. I have only positive things to say about the staff and the support they provided, both for him and for me. Thank you to Les Fontaines Rondes for his end-of-life care.
