EHPAD Les tilleuls

ABSOLUTELY AVOID. Only money is important, and if the pension is not enough, they quickly organize a very guilt-inducing inquisition meeting. My father stayed a year and a half in the protected Alzheimer's unit. I often found my father dirty and stained outside of meal times, he often complained of the cold and they were not able to put a pair of socks and warm clothes on him despite a well-stocked wardrobe, I would do it on each of my visits. He often had dirty nails, I often asked for nail clippers to do it myself. I repeatedly cleaned the bathroom and the bedroom closet which were surface cleaned. He doesn't eat fast enough, they remove the tray, we don't have only that to do, it’s more important to do coloring and puzzles with more independent residents, my father would lose half of his weight. I repeatedly found my father marked with bruises on his face and hands following serious falls, but they did not deem it useful to notify the family, the surprise is more normal! I bought hygiene products that would not be used and would all be stuck in the drawers etc etc .... I could continue the catalog of inconsistencies but it would be endless. I went up the ladder of complaints because I was ashamed to leave my father like this, and I don't understand why I'm the only one surprised, they laughed in my face and threatened me if I continued to forbid myself visits. I would therefore end up making a report to the ARS and to the court because I had placed my father under state guardianship (it is still ongoing). My father died in the hospital in two days from respiratory failure and septicemia, the hospital would inform me of the latter and tell me that it doesn't happen in two days. I was not aware. My father died, his ordeal ended, the poor man didn't deserve that, he was such a kind little man. Fortunately, the funeral home would show him more humanity. I would receive a small condolence card from the EHPA D, that's it, the wallet is no longer useful. Shame on this establishment. If I could give -10 stars I would!

My mum is very happy to be in this EHPAD. Clean, secure, staff always present. But you can't please everyone, there are always dissatisfied people. For the activities it's good. We knit beautiful blankets. Thank you all for taking care of my mum. After that there are better but like everything it's more expensive

Quiet and very clean nursing home. Welcoming and always attentive staff. Very pleasant setting. No negative points to report

Director who takes very serious measures without informing the family!! Does not send back mail.....
