Stay away, seriously. There's an obvious lack of staff. On November 11th, there was only one nurse. You ask her to transfer a patient, and she can't, which I understand from her professional perspective – she was very pleasant nonetheless! Isn't there a way to staff these public holidays? Such days shouldn't change anything for patient care; whether it's a holiday or not, there should be enough staff to care for residents!!! Don't you have a Hublo platform to cover staffing shortages? When you call back the next day, the receptionist gives you the runaround and hangs up on you!!! Perhaps a little training on customer service would be beneficial???!!! Anyway, truly pathetic. It's genuinely frightening.

Hello, I am not a resident; I was visiting a client. I just had to find the entrance, which is well hidden at the end of the parking lot. Otherwise, the staff on duty received me very well and helped me find the resident. Courage to all; it's not an easy job.

Flee this residence. I found my mother in her bed, without breakfast, without a diaper change. Of course, neither washed nor dressed. My mother is completely dependent and never complains. No human dignity, does not respect its commitments. My mother stayed in bed for at least 16 to 17 hours without any change. If I were the director of this establishment, I would be ashamed. Making money on the backs of our elders is deplorable; there are not enough strong words. I don't think this is an isolated incident.

My father has been a resident of the EHPAD since August 2024, and I have no complaints about his care. The best witness is my father himself, who seems to enjoy his new environment, even though he categorically refused to leave his home. I don't feel like I betrayed him by having him join this establishment.
