EHPAD Les Garrigues

When my mother arrived at the EHPAD Les Garrigues, we were offered Dr. MARTOCQ as her treating physician. The facility's caregivers contacted him several times for a persistent cough that lasted two months. He never came to see her, a substitute eventually took over but a little too late... Knowing that the Director had been seeing her in the facility lately, he should have realized the deterioration of her condition and I think he should have supported the caregivers' request for Dr. MARTOCQ to intervene. During my last visit to the EHPAD, her condition seemed alarming to me, so I asked the Director to come and see her, he told me that according to the information he had, there was nothing serious. She eventually died of double pneumonia which, if treated earlier, could have been cured, as confirmed by the doctors at the CHU LAPEYRONIE where she was hospitalized urgently. I advise you to run away from this doctor.

I am satisfied with the support offered to my relative at the EHPAD Les Garrigues. The team of caregivers is attentive, available, and genuinely takes care of the residents daily. Their kindness and professionalism are highly appreciated and reassuring for families. The facility is serious and offers a safe environment. Thank you to the entire team for their commitment.

My mother passed away in April 2025, she lived there for 2 years with the staff, and I was not informed at all that she was dying! .. I found out by chance by calling to see if she was okay, so I went to see her urgently 😭💔💔, moreover, I received no condolences from the staff, it's truly inhumane all this 💔💔😭

I am very disappointed with this EHPAD, it is not clean, my grandmother was dressed the same for 5 days, I suppose not showered either because logically we change clothes!! I reported it to the nurse who didn't care much. I tried to go higher up to report it, but no one was ever available. You can smell feces everywhere in the corridors, it's PURE AND HARD MISTREATMENT. I am very upset and don't intend to stop there. The residents are left to fend for themselves all afternoon, there are at least 30 of them in a living room and alone! It's a shame. Our elders deserve so much better!

Happy to see my Mom get back a taste for life, doing lots of activities, which was no longer the case, regaining her appetite, her smile, thanks to the team at Ehpad des Garrigues 🙏🍀
