EHPAD Les Charmes

To the entire team, I can only speak highly of them. My mom is very well taken care of, I feel a strong cohesion among everyone, always ready to help. The activity leaders are amazing at keeping our parents in top shape and engaged. Bravo to all of you, you have a beautiful and meaningful profession. Thank you. Laurent Simonet

My grandparents have been there for over a year and a half now, and the whole family is truly satisfied with this establishment. Many activities are organized throughout the week; my grandmother is busier today than she ever was before. Overall, the staff is very caring. Every time we had anxieties, fears, or stressful moments: there was always someone present, ready to support us. It's true that my grandparents have some regrets about leaving their home, but it's a relief for everyone that they are in such a welcoming and reassuring establishment. Furthermore, the outdoor setting, with the garden and terraces, is a real asset. In summer, it's pleasant to settle there with the family. Just as families are welcome during afternoon snacks. Where the refectory staff is just as helpful and friendly. The only remark would be that sometimes the dishes offered for lunch and dinner lack seasoning and can be repetitive. But one can easily imagine the difficulty for such a structure to feed 70 people and more every day. A special remark for Céline, the greatly appreciated activity leader, who is someone who truly does this job with passion. And finally, a friendly thought for Nadia, Shérazade, Chenaille, and others who truly do this job with heart. Their faces reassure both my grandparents and our entire family to know them at the side of our elders.

I wanted to congratulate the entire EHPAD team, Les Charmes… my parents have both been there since June, we had a lot of apprehension, it's never an easy situation... My mom suffers from dementia, she arrived after 8 weeks of hospitalization, in a state…. !!… it was very, very difficult, the staff took good care of her, she recovered her mobility… it's impressive!! Everyone is kind!! Céline, the activity leader, is simply wonderful with the residents!! Séverine, the secretary, helps you with your procedures and reassures you… she finds solutions, doesn't leave you alone… everyone is attentive and kind… including the cook, the housekeeper, the maintenance man, the nursing staff (Sandrine, Daniel, Shérazade, Caroline, ….) My parents are well there, much to our serenity!!! Thank you to the whole team!!! Congratulations on your work!!!
