Excellentétablissement, my mother who passed away at the end of November. She stayed there for 18 months, the nursing staff is truly exceptionally kind and caring. Thank you to all the departments, always very available and attentive. Thanks to all of you, mom had a very beautiful end of life.

Does not inform children in case of death, despite the list of people to contact... confirmed and reconfirmed 4 times with the incompetent head nurse, or perhaps following family pressure...! UNACCEPTABLE... intolerable... WHAT SADNESS!!! FLEE... no communication!!!! A PHONE CALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After contacting the night secretariat, I'm asked to call the management pfffffffffff.... My grandmother passed away, what can change now... just call the management !!!!! seriously !!!!! she's no longer here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pleasant staff, the buildings are welcoming even if it's a labyrinth. The rooms are spacious and in good condition.
