Avoid at all costs. I strongly advise against it for your loved ones. The services are mediocre. Loss of clothing, despite being marked with the resident's name, theft of jewelry and money. High staff turnover, demotivated. Maltreatment hidden by the management. This is a residence that should be inspected. The establishment is very old, not maintained and dirty. Residents are not stimulated. A true death trap.

The residence is already old, but very well maintained, the staff is benevolent, active, available, charming, polite, smiling, one would wish it were the case in all residences for the elderly. And the big plus, the meals are delicious and substantial. The staff is very present and there are many activities. I am very happy that my aunt is in such good hands.

Be careful with clothes, because my mother stayed in this nursing home before being transferred to another, and half of them disappeared. Yet they were marked with her name. On the other hand, they were quite good at putting really dirty clothes on her that didn't belong to her... a disgrace.

The caregivers are very kind, there is a good physiotherapist, and the meals are good and well-balanced. But my stay in the short-stay rehabilitation unit was spoiled by the dilapidation of the premises and the wear and tear of the furniture. Unpleasant smells coming from the toilets (no door to the toilet), a leaking flush, one shower per corridor, the anti-bedsore mattress which is deflated and constantly beeping, no pillow, no washing of the basin... I never saw the doctor in 5 weeks, apart from the first day for an incomprehensible Alzheimer's test. Impossible to discuss pain treatment; I was forced to have Doliprane brought from home. It's not the ideal place to recover from multiple fractures.

Mediocre. I strongly advise against it for your loved ones or for yourself. As for the establishment, it is very old, not maintained and dirty. It doesn't smell like roses inside its walls either...
