Merci à la résidence du Val des Roses d avoir pu accueillir en urgence ma maman Noëlla dans une chambre provisoire dans l attente d un petit studio. Merci à Juliette pour sa rapidité à répondre à mon mail. Et merci d avoir pu nous accueillir et nous expliquer le fonctionnement de la résidence. Accueil très chaleureux. Un petit studio va se libérer prochainement, nous sommes très contents et maman aussi.

My mom arrived a few weeks ago. A lovely, bright studio. Happy and well looked after. At Val des Roses there is a wonderful sense of welcome and thoughtful gestures from everyone. Well done to the whole team.

Hello, my parents have been living in a small house here for two years. They have everything they need to be happy thanks to a wonderful director and a caring team. THANK YOU for my parents who have found a living space perfectly suited to their advanced age. Congratulations to all the services that provide us with peace of mind; we live in the Oise region, a 2.5-hour drive away. In my opinion, the average rating of 3 out of 5 is undeserved.

My grandmother has lived here for over 10 years. The place is really comfortable and well located. The staff is friendly. Obviously, COVID has caused a lot of discomfort, but no more or less than elsewhere. I recommend it for those who can afford it.

I just visited this residence for my 88-year-old father. 1. Excellent welcome from a manager named Juliette: lots of explanations, patient, clear, and takes the time... 2. Beautiful residence with apartments or bungalows, clean, pleasant, it feels like a small neighborhood! 3. Reception building with bar area, dining room, relaxation room... 4. Affordable price, very good value for money. Much more affordable than other residences in central Dunkirk.
