Our mother's move into a retirement home was a difficult step for us, but from our first meeting with the team at Maison d'Emilienne, we felt truly supported, listened to, and confident. We thank Christel, who immediately provided warm guidance through our applications and simplified all our procedures. Since her arrival 10 months ago, we have noticed how much our mother has regained a taste for social interaction and interacts extensively with the care teams. We can come and have lunch with her in private lounges overlooking a magnificent terrace. The medical teams are very professional, always kind, and always in a good mood. Chloe, the very dedicated activity leader, knows how to adapt her activities so that each resident can participate and is constantly looking for new things. Her energy is contagious!!! The management team is always available, responsive, and attentive, no matter the time or request; this is very important to us as a family! We sincerely recommend this establishment, which combines quality support, humanity, and a privileged environment.

Hello, my father, who has Alzheimer's disease, was admitted for 30 days in a closed ward. The rooms were always clean and the caregivers were extraordinary, especially regarding my father's care and hygiene. The secretary was attentive, very pleasant, and responsive to our requests. We recommend this facility. Thank you to the reception staff. Thank you to the teams who are very attentive to families.

We would like to thank Emilienne's home for their kindness and compassion towards our mother. They were a source of comfort to her and to all of us during this difficult time. We are very satisfied with this establishment which welcomes my parents thanks to the professional quality of the staff, the accessibility of the speakers, the availability and the presence of the managers. A relationship of trust has been established with the staff. Added to this is a neat and clean living environment.

Hello, I have nothing against the place itself or the care provided. However, the communication with the family leaves much to be desired. I would even say it's shameful to announce the death of a loved one more than a day later...😥😥😥😥... I think you need to make a significant effort regarding communication...🤗 I hope you take note of this and that this doesn't happen to others. It's so sad.😥😥
