Fantastic! We just moved our mother in, and the welcome was warm and caring. You can tell the team is dedicated and united. The residents seem happy. The place is clean and pleasant. The grounds are very pretty.

I hesitated for a long time before posting a comment, but the recent actions of the management of this establishment left me speechless. I started as an AS on January 1st, where everything was going well, at the beginning of February when I opened our email software, I noticed (not having a director/manager) that a new director was about to start, looking at the first name and surname I realized that this director was one of my former employees, with whom I had several (odious) disagreements, I directly notified HR by explaining the facts, showing them the email discussions received by this director in order to be able to justify my position on the stressful arrival of this gentleman for me, but while telling them that this would not prevent me from exercising my profession.. 1 month passes, I am now one week from the end of my trial period, I was led to believe for several months that this would not affect my position, that I am a very good professional and that it would not harm me since from the beginning I warned them of the quarrels I had with this director. February 7th, I was summoned and informed that my trial period was ending. The only justification was: "We cannot tell you why; it's internal at the office; we have the right not to provide any justification for your departure." So I left a close-knit, committed, and caring team (except for management). So far, so good. Starting immediately to look for a job, and having started training to become a home care agency manager, I started my new position in mid-March. My new employer called this nursing home to take a reference. Luckily, I had described what I had experienced there and the hatred the unscrupulous director had for me. My new employer, believing my word, told me that out of curiosity we would call together. He got through to the secretary, who wouldn't comment, then to HR, who immediately referred the call to the director... unsurprisingly, who tore me apart on the phone. Luckily, I have a rather straightforward and honest employer who saw my professionalism and candor, and was able to convey a direct message to this establishment that allows itself to play with its employees. I'm disappointed because I put all my heart and all my goodwill into this establishment, without thinking that by giving too much, you could quickly be caught up in the harsh rules of nursing homes. Be careful when applying; you risk not fitting into any boxes, and if you lack the strength to say no, your position will systematically be in jeopardy.

Excellent facility, top-notch staff who know how to create a cheerful and vibrant atmosphere. Different activities every day, games, outings, inter-nursing home visits... Bravo!
