EHPAD Korian La Provençale

For a year-end event, I was very kindly received by all the staff who went out of their way to ensure everyone could enjoy it to the fullest. Romane was available, even participating, and found kind and welcoming words to kick off the show. I found the atmosphere in the establishment very pleasant. My mother has been living there for 3 months. Very well supported. Very good staff. They listen to families. A very friendly atmosphere. She receives excellent medical care. Thanks to all the staff. Thanks to the director who is very nice.

Pleasant nursing home, the staff are attentive. The activities manager brings life and joy to the residents, which is a real strong point in this establishment.

La Provencale is a very family-like place where caregivers are attentive to the resident's needs. The atmosphere is serene yet joyful. I highly recommend this establishment, which is moreover located in the village of La Roquebrussanne.

Hello, it's been almost eight years since I've been living at La Provençale in La Roquebrussanne, and I'm going to give you my opinion. A clean, two-story establishment, recently renovated. Qualified nursing staff, nurses, nursing assistants, no doctor on site, only via videoconference (which is better than nothing), neuropsychologist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist. Here, abuse is unknown; the management ensures it. Joking aside, I'd even say it's the residents who abuse the staff. Meals are cooked on-site by our chefs and served by ASH (hotel service agents), always ready to help you with a smile. Don't expect to eat like at home; the chefs cook for about 80 people. As I speak, the meals are not extraordinary (inflation). The cooks do what they can with their budget, the quality of the ingredients, and the quantity. We used to have a replacement menu: chopped steak, ham, egg. The chopped steaks have been removed. Why? Probably too expensive. The menus created by the Korian nutritionist have fancy names, but in the end, not much comes of it. Korian music is played all day long. At mealtime, the music is no longer music but cacophony. Who is responsible for that? Let us eat in peace or change the playlist. I'm telling you this because this message will be read by Korian's headquarters, so I'm making the most of it! The entertainment: crafts, quizzes, bingo, karaoke, outings, but the vehicle is too small and can only transport one wheelchair, even though the majority of residents use wheelchairs. Finally! I visited several nursing homes in the region, and I stayed at La Provençale, which proves that overall, it's not bad. Come visit; a warm welcome is reserved for you by our hostesses.
