Flee from this place My mother was hospitalized in January 2024 after a hip operation which went very well, then she was transferred to this hospital for rehabilitation. Unfortunately my mother passed away in April 2024 due to lack of care. She was neglected, brutalized, no rehabilitation was done, three weeks of waiting for a doctor to deign to answer your questions without any improvement afterwards. They put a urine catheter on her so they wouldn't have to get her up, and a few weeks before her death they didn't even give her meal trays anymore, supposedly she wasn't eating anyway, they didn't even do blood transfusions of vitamins etc… a disgrace. Of all the nursing and medical staff, only one nurse took care of my mother, thanks to her. They let her die. Today I am still angry, I cannot understand why there is so little humanity in France and so little respect for sick people.

Very good rehabilitation facility after an operation, fracture for example. Great seriousness and efficiency of the rehabilitation platform, very professional, remarkable physiotherapists. A special note for the two physiotherapists who were in charge of my rehabilitation, Muriel and Justine who deserve a 5-star rating, also for their kindness and encouraging smiles.

I was in rehabilitation at SMR 2 in Neuenberg from January 16, 2025 to February 7, 2025 for a total knee replacement and I can tell you that I have excellent memories of it. The nursing assistants and nurses are truly very humane and very helpful, smiling and always there for you when you need them, even in the middle of the night. For those who serve meals They are also very smiling, very polite and helpful and do a really good job of cleaning the rooms. The doctors are also very professional and very attentive when you are not feeling well and make the right decisions to help you get better. For the physiotherapists concerning rehabilitation, very good care and very attentive. A big thank you to Julie and Rémi who were truly a great help for my rehabilitation, they were attentive even in moments when things were really not going well and supported me morally. Very friendly place and staff, for now. Bring knitting, a big book, or an internet credit extension. They don't have wifi for patients. So, 4 or 5G at full blast for those who get bored quickly. GBs fly away very quickly.
