Contrary to what I'd heard about this hospital, which was supposedly very good, I'm very disappointed. My mother, who was hospitalized there, was discharged at the end of August. She had been prescribed an X-ray in Rouen. I arrived on the day of the X-ray, thinking the hospital had arranged everything (X-ray appointment and transport), and although I had the transport prescription form, it hadn't been scheduled, and no details were given in the discharge envelope. I called the hospital the same day, and the response I received was: "Since your mother has been discharged, we're no longer dealing with her. Have a nice day, goodbye, and take care." Very dissatisfied with the hospital's organization and the incompetence of its caregivers.

Today's the school fair! My sister, who was visiting my mother today, made a video of our mom. It's such a joy to see her happy and cheerful. A big thank you to the whole team!

I give 2 stars for the staff who do what they can, with the means at hand. Lots of things to review, why not let the residents enjoy this magnificent park that surrounds the buildings? If the family is not there, the residents are locked in their rooms! A loan of vehicle for disabled people would be a plus to be able to take the residents to their family, to change the scenery a little. The meals were good at the beginning, why this change. So many things to do, I dare to hope that with the change of management, things will evolve, too bad, my parents will not benefit from it, if this happens. 4 years of sadness for the resident and the family, even if the caregivers are attentive for the most part. We can try to make sure that everything improves if we project ourselves in the place of our elderly people because we are all likely to come and live there one day!

An excellent center, both for the quality of care and the kindness demonstrated by the team. I thank them so much for welcoming my mother, whose life was transformed from the moment she arrived. What a comfort for the family!

This hospital is truly exceptional. Having visited a patient there for several days in a row, over several weeks, I can confirm that the staff is particularly dedicated. And in large numbers. Which is rather rare these days. The doctors are attentive to the patients' needs, and the occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and nurses are present and attentive to the patients' well-being. In short, the organization is, in my opinion, very well managed. Kudos to the management as well.
