Dermatologist Ms. Long A disaster, unpleasant. She's not professional because if you see a colleague she recommends, she takes it badly. She simply doesn't like women. I understand her husband, who left with a young woman.

My 96-year-old grandfather, who underwent cancer surgery under general anesthesia, was sent home the next day! Without any medical follow-up or pain management! Outrageous!!!!

I had surgery and stayed overnight. There was a lack of communication between departments. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed; I really felt sorry for them. Furthermore, my room was dirty; there were dust bunnies on the floor, and it was clear it hadn't been cleaned.

I would especially like to thank the Medical Department and the staff of the Palliative Care Unit for their kindness and humanity. My father spent a month there until his passing... They were adorable, always very kind to him, never hesitating to give us news of him at any time. A great comfort to us during this ordeal. Thank you (for Ms. Messines)
