Taken to the emergency room by firefighters after a bicycle accident, I received highly professional care. The diagnosis: seven fractured ribs and a pneumothorax. A chest tube was quickly inserted to drain the air trapped between my lung and pleura for three days. Following this, the team that cared for me for four days in the Intensive Care Unit was incredibly attentive and compassionate: a warm, reassuring, and welcoming atmosphere that helped to put things in perspective and even offered a touch of humor, perfectly appropriate despite the pain for which the treatment was well-adjusted. In short, I wouldn't recommend going there for fun, but if circumstances lead you there, have faith! All credit to these healthcare professionals in the public service, and all credit to you, patients, the sick, the injured, if you show them the same respect and consideration they (and they themselves) feel they owe you!

The maternity ward was absolutely top-notch. The midwives were very attentive, kind, and always available. A huge thank you to Victorine GRANDEMANGE, a fantastic midwife who delivered my baby. I truly don't regret giving birth in Lunéville. The childcare assistant was also excellent. Thank you for your wonderful work.

My deepest gratitude to the staff of the Intensive Care Unit and the palliative care team. My sister, 61, was transferred to this hospital after a previous, traumatic experience. Here, she was finally seen, respected, and cared for with dignity until the end of her life. From the moment she arrived in the Intensive Care Unit, palliative care was provided with remarkable compassion and professionalism. The staff were exceptional: kind, attentive, present, and supportive, both to my sister and to our family. Every gesture was respectful, every word appropriate, every act of kindness precious. My sister was comforted, surrounded by support, and never left alone. We, her family, were supported with immense gentleness and compassion during such a painful time. My sister passed away yesterday morning in this unit, and we know that she was treated as every person at the end of their life should be: with dignity. A heartfelt thank you to the entire ICU and palliative care team. You went above and beyond your job: you honored the art of care. A HUGE THANK YOU

an unforgettable experience, from the beginning of pregnancy to postpartum. I was followed for 9 months by Manon ADRIAN and Victorine GRANDEMANGE, two midwives with rare human qualities, endowed with attentive and caring ears (thought for those times when I arrived in tears🫣), IN SHORT, I received support that was more than tailor-made. A big thank you to both of you, because my pregnancy would not have had the same flavor without you. I can't wait to come and say hello! The Palme d'Or is still awarded to Alizée HENRI, a splendid discovery made the day of my induction. An incredible midwife who gave me a dream birth. She helped me manage the pain without an epidural by offering all the help at her disposal. Even more, she gave my husband tips to support me in the labor that was intensifying... and suddenly, an urge to push. Without questioning me (I was completely unable to speak), she made me give birth in the position I was in, lying on my side. She was THERE, but without being intrusive. I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience.... so a thousand thanks for this unforgettable memory. I will forever carry you in my heart ❤️ I was reintegrated into the emergency department after my delivery for pre-eclampsia. Likewise, I was treated with great consideration by all the staff, day and night, and received all the possible advice during my extended stay (lactation, sleep, blood pressure, etc.). I was allowed to return to the same room with my baby so as not to interrupt breastfeeding, every day kind people offered me help to help me take care of my son, but also to relieve the depression I had from being separated from my family.... the emotion is still the same when I talk about it again, and there would still be so much to say..... THANK YOU! If I had to have a 3rd child, it is without hesitation that I would come here (but that will never happen 🤣🤣🤣) I LOVE MY MATERNITY ❤️❤️❤️

Having been in the hospital for outpatient surgery, I wanted to sincerely thank the department and the surgical team for their kindness and care from beginning to end. A reassuring phone call the next day regarding the post-operative follow-up was also appreciated. Thank you again to all of you for your professionalism.
