Incompetent people in these ERs. Came in at 12 p.m. for a fainting spell, left at 6 p.m., horrible mentality. I asked for a blood test, they told me "you're not a nurse, when you get your diploma you'll tell me what to do," when I needed a blood test, luckily a lovely intern agreed to do it for me. Total lack of respect for people, a nurse who dared to tell a gentleman "I had COVID too and I didn't come to bother the ER." In short... I might as well go to Issoire, or Paul Ardier is much better.

Good care in the emergency room from the doctor, nurse, and nursing assistants; however, there was too much noise in the corridors. At 8 a.m., the staff arrived full of energy; it felt like being at a market. Thank you for thinking of the patients. Hygiene was lacking in the toilet; there was blood in the bowl, and the floor wasn't very clean.

It doesn't even deserve one star. I wanted to share my experience with the emergency room in Brioude. My son went there several times with severe pain related to his ulcerative colitis. In my opinion, his condition wasn't adequately addressed, and the responses seemed minimal, limited mainly to Doliprane (paracetamol), without any real solution to relieve his pain. Feeling uneasy, we decided to consult another hospital. There, the team was attentive, listened to his symptoms, and quickly identified a problem that required appropriate treatment. The improvement was significant. I'm disappointed that this situation wasn't more thoroughly investigated during our visits to the Brioude emergency room. I sincerely hope that the department will improve its care for patients with acute pain or complex conditions.

I would like to sincerely thank and acknowledge the entire medical staff in the Medical Department who treated me with the utmost care after my stay in the Emergency Room. All of their skills were demonstrated by a team of doctors who were both highly skilled and knew how to demonstrate a great deal of empathy. The nurses, the nursing assistants, and the ASH nurses were also remarkably kind. A huge, huge thank you for everything.
