Avoid. My grandfather was in this facility. He became very thin, and when we arrived, he was often in his own feces. Then in December 2020, we received a call: my grandfather had passed away, whom we hadn't been able to see for several months due to COVID-19 cases. We later learned that during the week before his death, he had gotten up every morning and cried. But no one notified our family.

The premises were unclean, and the hygiene of the residents was poor. There was no outdoor space. What about activities? Unfortunately, all of this could be due to a lack of staff... we can't blame them. The rooms have two beds and are too small.

Retirement home to avoid, in the Cantou some of the staff are professional but not all, the doctor has no empathy, did not treat my mother properly gave the 3rd dose of vaccination when my mother was at the end of her life!!!!
