Outstanding post-acute care center. All the staff are very kind and provide excellent support, from doctors and physical therapists to nurses and caregivers. My mother stayed for over three weeks, and this place was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it.

The hospital's telephone reception clearly needs improvement, with minimal service that doesn't even include a simple thank you or goodbye... However, I would like to highlight the quality of service from the nurses who, on the contrary, are attentive and approachable.

Thank you for the care and welcome. My wife was suffering from severe chest pain, vomiting, and sweating. She was immediately taken care of by a very welcoming and competent team who performed all the necessary examinations. We left the emergency room after three hours with a precise diagnosis and appropriate treatment. A big thank you to the whole team.

The emergency room is absolutely to be avoided. Waiting an hour and a half in the waiting room when I was the first to arrive, only to be told that the only doctor present had left for other emergencies. Only one doctor for all emergencies is unacceptable. Catastrophic organization, you can no longer afford to be sick. Don't waste your time if you are suffering and go directly to Lons or Pontarlier!

The goal of a rehabilitation center is to restore, maintain, and promote autonomy. Unfortunately, this center fails to do so. The majority of the staff are unpleasant and demotivating. As a result, the well-being of residents deteriorates. They act in their own interest and not that of the residents. The food is disastrous even though there is supposedly a chef on site... as for the social worker, she is also disastrous and does not take her responsibilities. Etc. I strongly advise against going there. After a few weeks, other disappointing observations: the nurses did not follow the prescription, consequently, my uncle was deprived of his eye treatment... I strongly advise against this establishment and I know what I'm talking about, I work in the health sector.
