Hospitalized for about a month (end of 2024, beginning of 2025), I can say that everything went well. The staff listens to patients and does what they can to ensure we are well looked after... Just one person has a little difficulty communicating, but the manager is open to listening, which makes things work out very easily. Don't hesitate to see her if there's a problem early on so it can be resolved quickly. The physiotherapists are competent and attentive. The meals are generally very good; you just sometimes have to check for allergies at the beginning, but then everything is well planned. I am very satisfied with my stay, so to speak...

An establishment not to be used for palliative care. The establishment is dilapidated and the staff are not always friendly or qualified. There are too few of them for quality care. The hygiene conditions are deplorable. Patients only take one or two showers per week. One shower for the entire floor. The cleanliness of the linen is questionable (blood stains and other sources!!). Strong urine odor upon arrival on the floor. On the medical side: no patient care in the treatment of pain (the doctor tells us that he is limited in the treatment of pain!!). Lack of seriousness in the examination and follow-up of the patient. A real death trap.

The care provided is adequate. Pain management is seriously lacking. The staff's shortcomings are concerning. The food is mediocre and bad on weekends. I apologize for being harsh, but I'm speaking from the experience of someone caring for a very ill person.
