House of horrors... there's no other word to describe a place where the elderly are mistreated, where they are not cared for, and where the lies of the "healthcare" staff are recurrent. In our case, our grandmother came in with a broken elbow. She left to go to intensive care following an untreated Covid case and with a broken pelvis and vertebrae following a fall. The caregivers refused to accompany her to relieve herself, despite her state of respiratory distress. She died two days later... This type of facility should be closed immediately.

Sad place regarding the SSR. This establishment cannot be considered a convalescent home but rather a hospital. No meals taken together, everyone in their own room waiting for the hours to pass. Fortunately, the nursing staff, although insufficient in number, does their best to take care of the patients (as regards nurses, nursing assistants and maids). But there is a total lack of communication with the doctors, with whom you have to insist to get news of the follow-up of your loved one. I do not recommend this establishment. I hope that the EHPAD part of this establishment is more humane.

Establishment in need of updating. Lack of professionalism (especially vigilance and patience with the elderly) and kindness on the part of many employees. Hygiene is average. The food is not great.

Lack of hygiene and professionalism. No follow-up leaves the elderly helpless. No calls are answered. No one to avoid!
