Run away! I often go there to visit my grandfather. The staff only feeds and bathes the residents, with no other contact with them. The hallways are empty during the day. It's sad.

Recently one or more new cases of covid have been declared in the structure (what we know: probably a variant in one or more vaccinated people). Despite repeated calls and requests: No possibility of visiting loved ones; no possibility of calling loved ones; no possibility of having information on the health status of the structure (number of cases among patients and staff, percentage of vaccination among patients and staff). The silence of this EHPAD is violent and the treatment of residents and humans is worse than during the first lockdown. A moral scandal!

The exterior doesn't match the interior; the second-floor rooms I saw could use a fresh coat of paint. There's been a telephone connection problem for 10 days since my father moved in, and it's still not resolved. Otherwise, I was very surprised—no unpleasant odors, it was clean, and the medical and activities teams were very motivated. Some services advertised in the welcome booklet are unavailable: physiotherapy, night and weekend medical team, and no salaried doctor (only a locum). The nursing home isn't fenced and is located right next to the road.
