An exceptional establishment! The Brand nursing home is a very caring and welcoming place. The support staff and caregivers are attentive and truly take care of the residents. The activities offered are varied, which helps maintain a positive atmosphere and creates a pleasant environment. I regularly visit a family friend who feels very comfortable here, and it's a real relief to see him surrounded by such dedicated people. A true 5-star experience, without a doubt!

Not a friendly welcome at all... The hallways have a foul odor... air fresheners would be essential... it smells of death... We hope the people concerned will read the comments before putting a family member there. They accept good comments, but when it's negative, they block you on Facebook... I understand better why there are activities, themed meals, etc.... it's reflected in the price of the stay... How can you post a photo of a deceased person... it's still posted to this day... Obliged to give one star, but in reality it doesn't deserve any. Luckily we no longer have contact with this nursing home... there are much better ones in the area... Absolutely avoid

This nursing home is a disgrace. I'm a paramedic. I brought a patient in on a stretcher this evening. No one was at reception. Some staff had finished their shift. They walked past us but wouldn't tell us where the person was going. We had to ask. Luckily, we finally found the room. We pressed the emergency button, hoping someone would come. Ten minutes later, still no one, even though it was an emergency button, I think. And in the end, she dared to tell me again, next time, to call to explain the patient's condition, knowing that it's up to the hospital to do that, not us. I hope that families will consult their parents before sending them in. Because personally, after seeing this, I'd be afraid to leave my grandfather with you.

A great team of professionals. Very attentive to residents and families. Always a kind word, whether at reception or in the service department. They're sweethearts!!!!!
