Interesting internship. I find the kitchen staff, activities coordinator, nurses and head nurse, and director to be great and caring towards the residents, families and interns. However, some nursing assistants are not very welcoming, allowing hygiene care to be performed without explanation, and there is no pre-assessment to update knowledge. I find this a shame… because this nursing home is not bad in itself, but the procedures should be properly explained to the interns before they are allowed to practice. Unfortunately, we are the ones performing our actions, and therefore we are the ones who are poorly evaluated, which gives a bad image of us as student nurses, which is not the image we want to project.

My mother lived for 15 days before dying from a severe stroke. She was notified too late by a caregiver "secretly" about the severe stroke, and died 3 days later! This is unacceptable. I will file a complaint because, as the head of the home care service, my clients receive far more support than this, provided by me personally. I am still furious.

I found this a pleasant place to stay when I visited someone who was staying there. The residence is very bright and clean. I found the staff friendly.

Pleasant premises and, above all, attentive, warm staff who are close to the residents and their families! People there are incredibly happy!

Superb team, even during the lockdown period, there is the possibility of getting news from our loved ones remotely and there is real kindness from the caregivers.
