Hysterical staff when asked for information... Lack of hygiene in the establishment, disappearance of personal items... drinks in the fridge disappear. Instead of going to look in the fridge, think about removing the cobwebs...

Some staff members are malicious, inhumane, and unprofessional. This place is a real death trap; the atmosphere is very grim. I strongly advise against placing anyone in this establishment. Management turns a deaf ear when problems are reported.

We were very pleased with the all-too-brief stay our mother and mother-in-law had in the closed ward of this nursing home. The entire staff showed great compassion from the first contact to the last, from the secretaries to the nurses to the nursing assistants, including the laundry attendant, not to mention the ash, physiotherapist, and doctor. Each of our questions was answered, and our comments were always taken into consideration. The care was tailor-made and always carried out to respect our mother's personality and needs. The constant presence of the nursing assistants and their unfailing availability, even though we were there daily, reassured us, and their support in her final moments was very helpful. We will always remember this stay and hope that other people who need this type of facility will be able to benefit from it. A big thank you to the entire establishment for all their services.

I've been with mom since 1:15 p.m. It's 4 p.m. Finally, a girl comes to offer mom a snack and sees no one in the corridors. They tell me that on weekends there are 2 of them for 79 residents (shameful). She had her shoes on backwards. In short, it's getting worse and worse. We believe that we parents are fine, but I doubt it.

Shameful! And on top of that, blatant bad faith! No comments from families, nor from the residents themselves, are taken into account! To put it simply, we're called liars, and they try to cover it up every time! Nothing changes; we're being strung along! Paying this enormous sum without asking for much after working our whole lives, and not even receiving decent quality meals, let alone meals cooked with taste and care! Should we alert the health authorities to get things moving at this nursing home in Yenne? That might be one solution, because they absolutely refuse to change anything. We just have to keep quiet and pay.
