Catastrophic, inhumane, a completely incompetent, uninvolved, and unpassionate rehabilitation team. It's better to stay home than go there! The staff locks themselves in their office and turns off the bell to take their lunch break while chatting, hiding behind a trolley to block the door... they say they'll be back to attend to a patient waiting to have their back washed, so they sit with their back exposed in the bathroom for an hour and a half because they've taken their break... frankly, what are the authorities waiting for to close this facility, or better yet, find trained and dedicated staff? And let's not forget the doctor who couldn't care less, saying he's only been there for two months and will soon be leaving... this place is a disaster!

This place is a disaster. I absolutely don't understand how it's run. I think they took better care of the sick in the Middle Ages. Patients and their families have no rights, the nursing staff shows no respect, and they are utterly dehumanized. It's heartbreaking to see nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors who hate their jobs and their lives so much that they take it out on their patients. Consider a career change that doesn't involve any contact with people.

If you have the choice, flee this place. Having worked in a nursing home, I find it unacceptable to hire such unqualified and, above all, inhumane staff. 10 days after she entered, my mother (93 years old) still hadn't had a shower. I had to call the service to report it. No empathy, almost non-existent medical follow-up, no professional conscience, this establishment deserves to be reported to the ARS (Regional Health Agency)

I have only one word: APPALLING. An establishment where you're supposed to be able to rest, and it's the complete opposite. Glued to a chair at 6 a.m. and all day long... incompetent staff, completely lacking in humanity, leaving people to fend for themselves (leading to a fall in our case). How can anyone accept that this service operates like this? And I'm not even talking about the care... I gave it one star because amidst all this, I dare to hope that there's at least one caregiver who does their job with kindness and passion...
