Our grandfather stayed in this hospital for three months. We know the hospital system is in crisis: lack of resources, staff exhaustion, overcrowded wards. But what we saw here goes beyond that. It reflects a society that no longer knows how to care for its elderly. When a patient calls for the bathroom at night, they are sometimes met with irritation, even reprimands. The staff is alone, exhausted, overwhelmed… and it's the patients who suffer the consequences. In the corridors, doors slam constantly, startling the patients. How can they rest in such conditions? Perhaps with the help of a television paid for by their health insurance? Sometimes, we see staff taking a cigarette break or talking on the phone in the treatment room, while other patients wait. It's shocking. And then there was that incredibly difficult moment: when we were told that our grandfather might die. Shortly after, we heard the staff laughing in the corridor. No doubt a moment of human respite in a heavy day… but so inappropriate when the family is still reeling from such devastating news. Nevertheless, we want to sincerely thank those who cared for him during his last four days. These moments were marked by genuine care and true selflessness. We wish we had felt that earlier, during those three months. Finally, there is the aftermath. The brutal end. The body carried down on a stretcher, the belongings piled into garbage bags. A mortuary room billed at €129, the existence of which we only discovered in a waiting room, without any prior notice. And that infamous "room number 2," defective, in which the body blackened. Flowers simply placed on a chair in front of the door, without any consideration. Yes, we will receive the bill. And yes, we will pay. But with her, we will keep a painful memory: that of a place where dignity, end of life and humanity sometimes seem to be only options.

The problem in this hospital is not the lack of resources. The problem is deeper. We are dealing with staff who do not respect the profession. We are dealing with people who do not care about the patient. It is a shame! If you have family there. Be very vigilant about their health because it is not these professionals who will inform you if there is a problem.

They let my grandmother suffer from a coronary problem by refusing to act; as a result, she's hospitalized when it could have been treated much sooner. You're disgusting.

My mother has been hospitalized for a month and I have absolutely no complaints; she is very satisfied with her meals, and the staff is truly kind and attentive. Thank you!

A patient rang the bell and waited over 40 minutes for a nurse to see her and to use the restroom. When the family complained, the incompetent staff ignored the patient. This hospital should be avoided immediately.
