Although we received appropriate and professional care from the medical staff, the administrative services are catastrophic. We never received an invoice and suddenly we were sent a formal notice. After discussing with the treasury, he told us that if we paid now, we would not have to pay the bailiff's fees. Once paid, he lied, saying he never said that. Do NOT trust them at all. And be wary of their administrative services, which do not seem to be very good.

I would like to balance the notes because my grandmother is hospitalized in this establishment, and being usually grumbling and demanding a lot of attention, she says she likes it here and assures me that she is treated well, the only downside: the food :) but that is not the most important thing after all. The most important thing is that she feels safe.
