It's a disgrace, a monumental filth. I had the opportunity to visit someone in the last few days, and you have to see the rooms and hallways. The ARS should take a look. I've never seen anything like it in my life. The Flaubert RPA is a disgrace.

Not very satisfied with the pleasant staff, well, not everyone. You think it's normal that around 5 p.m. the residents find themselves alone, with no support, so I stay until someone arrives. I always have to ask for toilet paper because there's never any at any time of day. I always have to repeat the same complaints, as if the staff isn't trained for Azhermer's disease. In short, I don't think I'll find better elsewhere because the other facilities aren't any better. I think we should set up a support committee and let everyone know everything that's going on. And I haven't told everything, it would be too long. Like the doctor, for example, we wonder if he's a doctor; I had to find the solution for Mom on my own...

I wouldn't give this nursing home any rating. In eight months, I've never seen a healthcare manager to actually explain a patient's care plan... The caregivers don't know the residents' daily routines... You ask them questions, and they either give no answer or a vague one. Absolutely no human touch! There are no leisure activities; the residents are in a room with a TV and no one around them. Caregivers eat snacks in front of them. Not great during family visits... Falls aren't mentioned to the family, and the night staff makes their rounds; you wonder if there's any supervision at all... The Regional Health Agency (ARS) should do more to monitor these kinds of nursing homes that abandon our elderly and leave them in a corner all day... In short, I regret that my grandmother went here... gone so quickly in just a few months! The difficulties of nursing homes are certainly present, but if the staff doesn't try to be there for their residents and brighten their sad day... run away!!!

This place is a disaster! Don't send your grandparents or parents there. These people drop your loved ones in front of the TV and then go off to some unknown room to laugh and eat amongst themselves. During the visit, my relative almost fell on the stairs. After a call, there was no blood pressure check or observation. Nothing. I saw a staff member giving a snack to a patient, with no contact whatsoever! No information is given to families if something serious happens, and there's no supervision even when something serious occurs. Understaffing is understandable, but if you put them in this kind of home, it's supposed to be for their safety... Avoid at all costs!

Do you think it's normal to lock residents in their rooms all day for imaginary modifications, like treating them like animals, without seeing anyone except to give them their meals?
