Let the elderly die. The staff makes the family believe it's okay to let them die of hunger and thirst because they are at the end of their life and still mentally sharp. How can a nurse practice this kind of end-of-life care and manipulate the family? It's shameful, avoid at all costs.

The premises and management need to be reviewed; the staff, on the other hand, are qualified but I haven't fully appreciated their value. It's a shame for this establishment, which could have earned a better rating.
