For almost three months now, following the death of our parents, my sister has found a true haven in this nursing home where she feels happy. It's a far cry from the stereotypes of mistreatment. I wanted to share my experience and express my gratitude.

My mother is currently very well cared for there, although the staff sometimes lacked attention, and the entertainment team is very kind and top-notch!!

Mistreatment, incompetent staff left with a stroke for four hours, resulting in emergency hospitalization and death a month later. Numerous complaints to management: no washing, no underwear! Clothes that didn't belong to him... Horrible.

I don't agree with, nor do I understand, these opinions questioning the competence and organization of the facility, and even alleging mistreatment—a strong and completely inappropriate term. My mother has lived at the facility for almost four years, and I can only commend her for this choice.

The director and staff of this establishment are kind and respectful! They looked after my mother with gentleness until the very end!
