Thank you to the entire Corolle team who took wonderful care of my old dad! Too bad it's only a temporary facility!

My dad, who has Alzheimer's disease, was placed in this establishment for 3 weeks so that my mom could rest because, exhausted, he came home on January 7th, ill, moaning in pain and unable to move from his bed, having spent 24 hours in the hospital the day before yesterday for a constipation problem. How long has he had this problem? We never found out. Not to mention the bedsores on his heels. The fact remains that he died on January 23rd because he was never able to recover from it. The only explanations we received were that the nurse at the facility was on vacation, as was the director, and that these people had complete confidence in their team. Since then, I've been dealing with my dad's death alone, so I've been very busy because I'm also working. It's true that I contacted the facility again for an appointment, but last time the director was on vacation again, and since then I haven't had time (sorry). To my surprise, I realize that the deposit check for around €900 has been debited from my parents' account these days! Not a single call since to let me know, not even to ask for news, knowing full well the state they gave me back my dad. Frankly, I'm disgusted, feeling like I sacrificed my dad to save my mom. Conclusion: One star too many for this establishment. The only one that matters to me is the one shining in the sky today, my dad's.
