Despite a dedicated and attentive healthcare team (nurses, assistants, not to mention the wonderful activity team), the director and his healthcare manager are still clearly unable to communicate humanely with families and respect the fundamental rights of the elderly. Despite several reminders of the law from the Office of the Defender of Rights and reports to the Regional Health Agency (ARS), modesty and medical confidentiality are not even the minimum guarantees one can expect in this facility... Internal regulations stipulating that doors must remain open, disclosure of medical information concerning families at the school board meetings, etc. What can be said about ethics and equal access to care? We are still waiting to this day for even an email of condolence following the death of my grandfather... Despite the team's words of support, the management remains shamefully silent. Take care of your loved ones, and choose a place for them to live away from this nursing home.
