Hello, my grandmother recently joined this establishment. She is happy there and participates in the activities. The environment is calm, surrounded by nature. The philosophy of being at home is interesting. There are some technical issues that will certainly be resolved quickly.

Nursing home to flee... my mother is panicking and doesn't remember where she is? Or how to call? She's hot and it's a heatwave, at 7:15 p.m., no one answers the phone at reception and no transfer to a nurse. So I can't warn anyone!! Luckily she didn't fall! Also, during the week and during the day, there's no staff in the corridors and especially nothing to differentiate them from visitors, so they're not disturbed. I have to give them a star, but it's 0.

We've had my grandmother in our care since the new facility opened (over a year ago) and we're delighted and very satisfied with the services and care provided. We particularly appreciate the facility's design, which aims to be as close to home as possible. The teams are attentive, available, and professional. We're relieved to know she's in good hands! Thank you for everything.

Obviously not up to standard. Neighboring this nursing home. Their wastewater, filled with medications and cleaning products, ends up in my pond below. They'll probably say yes, but the ecological disaster continues today.

I highly recommend this place. After consulting several nursing homes, I headed to the Résidence du Poitou. A peaceful setting, attentive staff, and my aunt feels good there, the most important thing. It is always very difficult to place a member of our family, but the staff showed me that I could have complete confidence in them. Thank you for taking care of them, thank you for everything.
