Shameful, my grandson went there 10 days ago. For a broken phalanx. He was strapped for 10 days. This evening, he had an appointment to have the strap removed. 10 days wasted. My daughter took the initiative and went to the Clinique de l'Europe, they took X-rays, and ended up spending 3 weeks with a resin. She had an appointment at 3:45 p.m. with the doctor. After going to the Clinique de l'Europe, they went home and returned at 8:30 p.m. What a waste of time. Avoid, I confirm. You'll save time by going to the city hospital or to clinics, which are certainly more professional. Don't take any risks.

We came in last night for stitches on my daughter after a bad fall. We were expected because the emergency medical services (EMS) had notified us of our arrival. My daughter was taken care of immediately, without any waiting, with great kindness, and everything went very well. We are truly lucky to have a local first aid service with perfect care in every way. Thank you, doctor, and also to the person who came from another department to assist her.

My mother and I went to the NEUFCHATEL EN BRAY Hospital Center, First Aid Department, after calling the SAMU, we were very well received by both the nurse and the doctor. Both very professional and very efficient. Thank you again for your welcome and your professionalism. I don't want to come back too often but if necessary I will come without a problem!!!

I had a consultation today at the Neufchâtel primary care unit, after stubbing my little toe, which is bruised and badly swollen. The reception was beyond deplorable. There was no radiology service on weekends, and the doctor wasn't in a hurry to see us. I left without even being examined. Honestly, this hospital is really useless. I gave it one star because they were forced to, but it's a zero for me.
