EHPAD Au Bocage Hayland

Through this review, I would like to thank all the staff at this nursing home. The nursing staff, the nurse (who, I should add, even came back late specifically for my aunt even though he had finished his shift and wasn't required to), and the administrative staff. We just lost our aunt, and they provided wonderful support at the end of her life, for her comfort, for my uncle, and for us. We received a very warm and caring welcome. A top-notch team. As well as Dr. Hallais, who was also wonderful, with his attentiveness, his explanations, and above all, his availability. Thank you for everything, and I think it's important to point this out today, especially to say that not everything we hear about nursing homes is true, especially regarding the staff. However, it's true that the infrastructure and furniture can sometimes be a bit dated, and there's sometimes a lack of equipment. But the staff has nothing to do with it. I met a dedicated but overwhelmed and multi-tasking staff who responded to everyone's requests as quickly as possible. Thank you Stephanie and Annie, Paulette's niece.

Don't put your loved ones there; we won't take care of them!!! What's more, the smell of urine and feces is overwhelming; it's shameful!!! The toilets are so brown they're so well-maintained!! And finally, the staff is rude to the residents and speaks very rudely to them!!
